From the house entrance, it's just a few steps up to the "Sonne". The open cloakroom area is right by the entrance. I can park my car in the parking space or in the underground car park; there is a lift in the building. To the right is the large, light-flooded, rustic-modern living/dining room with the open-plan kitchen. The cosy sofa and the flat-screen TV with stereo system invite you to spend cosy "lazy evenings". A large wooden table with 4 chairs offers enough space for communal meals. There are two glass doors to the sun terrace with a small adjoining garden. The view of the cow meadows is simply marvellous. A bright, open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer. There is also a kettle, Senseo pod machine and toaster. To the left of the entrance area is the light-flooded bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and small TV, which can be darkened with a roller blind for a good night's sleep. Next to it is the bathroom with glass shower and toilet. I find the small, separate storage room next to it particularly practical. Summary: The flat in "Allgäu style" is bright, friendly and beautifully furnished. The 2 sun terraces with garden are of course the highlight. It offers space for 2 people plus a maximum of 1 child (sofa bed) and a four-legged friend. We wish you a wonderful holiday. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Buchenegg waterfalls, the Skywalk adventure park, many hiking trails, ski slopes, tennis courts, golf clubs, the Aquaria adventure pool in Oberstaufen, many cosy restaurants, nightclubs and much more.
